Egg McMuffin minus muffin

Who doesn't love an egg McMuffin but we don't need the bread and carbs. And with this, you won't even miss it.



1 large egg cooked hard with spray Pam
2 slices of Hormel Canadian bacon 
1 slice Sargento reduced fat colby-jack cheese

I warmed the Canadian bacon in the skillet after cooking the egg 

Place the Canadian bacon on plate, top with cooked egg and then slice of cheese. Pop in microwave for 8-10 seconds to melt cheese. Protein packed breakfast- Ahhhhh heaven!
