Skinny Buffalo Chicken dip

I love making this for a meal. It makes a lot so you can bake part of it for a party and save some in small individual containers for later. 

I like taking them for lunch with these snack packs of celery I found at Walmart. They work well just microwaving the small portions instead of baking. 

I've also added some of the dip to an egg white omelet for breakfast. This dip is so versitle. 

Tip: I like to use the canned shredded chicken breast. Much easier.




Dip makes approximately 20  1/2 cup servings. Nutrional info per serving for the dip only 78 calories, 3.3g fat, 1.4g carbs and 11.3 protein.
