Italian cheesy stuffed chicken

The family loved this meal tonight. Smells wonderful as it's cooking, smells like pizza. I already have some modifications I will make the next time I prepare this.

Tip for next time: Make enough of the mayo spread that goes on the outside to go inside as well. After chicken is beaten thin, spread some on the chicken then layer the toppings inside and roll. 

For ease, I used prosciutto wrapped mozzarella sticks I found at the store.
