Chocolate muffins

Makes 6 muffins



2 eggs
1 cup almond flour/meal
1/2 cup Splenda
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract 
1 tsp baking powder 
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder 
1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips 

Preheat oven 375
Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips. Gently fold them in afterwards. Spray 6 muffin tins with cooking spray or use foil cupcake liners. Bake 14-15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. 

Nutrients per muffin with ingredients I had are 203 calories, 14.7 fat, 10 carbs and 10 protein.
