Strawberry banana protein shake

Before a workout I like to drink a protein shake with extra carbs for energy to burn 

1 scoop of Quest strawberry & creme protein powder. 
1 cup of water 
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla coconut almond milk (Almond Breeze) 
6 medium strawberries 
half a medium banana (frozen). 

Blend all in my ninja. Yum yum.
