Low Carb Keto Bagels

I've been eyeing this recipe for a while now and I finally got around to testing it out. Man oh man, is this a slam-dunk winner! So happy to have a bagel alternative that is totally satisfying. I'm very happy with the portion size of the bagel as well, perfect for us Sleevers. 



I followed this recipe, except I used Neufchatel cheese instead regular cream cheese to get added protein. The Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel Seasoning definitely make a difference in the flavor. Low-Carb Keto Bagels


Macros per bagel using my recipe are: 245 calories, 19.4g fat, 6.6g carbs and 12.6g protein




I used one of the bagels to make a breakfast sandwich of egg white and cheese. It was so filling that I wasn't looking at the clock waiting for lunch time to come around. 



I stored the remaining bagels in a sealed container in the fridge. I'll keep you posted on how long they stay fresh and how they warm up. I plan to make a turkey sandwich with them as well. Oh the possibilities!
