Butterfinger Protein Shake

During the holidays we are overwhelmed by all the evil carb temptations. It's so hard to stay on track with those sugary devils around every corner. A vendor at work sent us this huge candy jar so I had to create a "candy" shake to avoid "the jar".


This shake may have more carbs than I normally would drink in one serving but it does curb the candy cravings without eating all the sugar. Plus it's protein packed so it's a win in my book. 



1 tbsp sugar free Butterscotch jello pudding mix
2 tbsp sugar free Hershey's syrup
1 cup Fat free Fairlife milk
1 cup water
Ice

Mix in your blender or shaker bottle. Delish!
