Veggie chili

I was in an experimental mood today and decided to throw some ingredients together for what I'm calling veggie chili


Ingredients
One bag Morning Star Grillers Crumbles 
One bag Green Giant riced cauliflower 
One packet McCormick's white chicken chili seasoning 
One 8oz can tomato sauce + can of water 
One 15oz can black beans drained 
One 4oz can diced green chilies 


Add the crumbles to a pot with the chili mix and the can of tomato sauce + water. Stir and let cook on medium high heat about 10 minutes. 
Add the beans, green chilies and cauliflower and continue cooking for about 15 minutes (until cauliflower is tender) on medium heat, stirring often. 



Very easy and full of flavor. I added a dash of cheese on top in my serving bowl

Makes 6 servings 
182 calories  2.3g fat  26.5g carbs  14.5g protein (when eating veggies I don't freak out over the carb amounts bc they are complex carbs and not simple processed carbs that the body turns to sugars)
