Breakfast Pizza - Lavash Bread

Made a very fulfilling breakfast pizza this morning using the Joseph's Flax Oat Bran, Whole Wheat Lavash Bread. Loved the crispy, crunch crust. Definitely will be having this more often



1/2 of a Lavash bread square
1 egg white (3 tbsp of liquid egg whites)
1 large egg
Mrs Dash Table blend
1 cooked Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage link diced
1/3 cup part-skim shredded Mozzarella cheese
Dried Italian seasoning.

Take half the bread square and spray it cooking spray on both sides. Place on a cookie sheet in a preheated oven at 350. Toast both sides until the bread doesn't bend when picked up, approx 5-8 minutes. Just watch it to be sure not to burn it.

While bread is toasting, I scrambled the egg whites and the egg with Mrs Dash. Set aside until bread/crust is ready

Remove bread from oven, place the scrambled eggs over the bread, along with the diced turkey sausage and top with cheese. Sprinkle a small amount of dried Italian seasoning then return to oven until cheese melts, approx 5 minutes



Macros for the entire half bread square: 258 calories, 10g carbs, 14g fat, 28g protein. I could only eat half of this serving. Saving the rest for tomorrow morning.
