Strawberry almond muffins


2 eggs
1 cup almond flour/meal
1/2 cup Splenda
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract 
1/2 tsp raspberry extract 
1 tsp baking powder 
5 medium strawberries diced 

Preheat oven 375
Mix all ingredients except berries. Gently fold them in afterwards. Spray 8 muffin tins with cooking spray or use foil cupcake liners. Bake 14-15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. 

Store in fridge to keep longer and warm in microwave a few seconds when ready to eat. 

Macros per muffin: 
135 calories, 8.8g fat, 5g carbs, and 10g protein.
