Baked cheesy broccoli chicken

Tonight was an experiment in my kitchen that turned out pretty darn tasty. I had some boneless chicken breast I needed to cook and some broccoli. I'm a bit burned out on baked or grilled chicken and steamed broccoli so my hubby became the Guinea pig again while my foodie mind went crazy. 


Ingredients:
3 skinless and boneless chicken breast cut in half to make 6 pieces
Can of 98% fat free broccoli cheese soup mixed with 1 cup fat free Fairlife milk
12 oz bag broccoli florets 
1/2 cup 2% shredded Mexican cheese blend
Fajita seasoning 



Place the chicken breast in a 9x13 casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Add uncooked bag of broccoli florets around chicken in dish. Season breast & broccoli with fajita seasoning. 


Pour soup/milk mixture over broccoli and chicken. 


Top with the 1/2 cup of cheese and cover with foil. Bake 35 minutes at 350°. 


Uncover and bake another 10 minutes. Delish cheesiness!!!


Makes 6 servings. Each serving is 153 calories, 3g fat, 9g carbs and 21g protein.
