Breakfast pizza

I love spaghetti squash. I buy a large one and cook it up and store the noodles in fridge for quick recipes during the week. This morning I added it to my egg for a hashbrown substitute. 

1. Spray pan with Pam. And add 1/4 cup of spaghetti squash and season with Mrs Dash table blend. Let it cook over low/medium heat for 4-5 min


2. Beat & season 1 egg and pour over squash. Let it set, do not scramble or stir the egg. 


3. Top with 1 tbsp bacon bits

4. Top with 1/8 cup 2% shredded cheese 

5. Let it continue cooking until egg is set and cooked. Do not move it or stir. 

6. Slide it out on to your plate and top with 1/8 cup 2% shredded cheese.
