Bacon egg pizza





1/3 cup Italian cheese blend 
1 tsp. shredded Parmesan
1 high-fiber pita (Joseph's flax oat bran and whole wheat)
1 large egg
1 tbsp. precooked real crumbled bacon 


Bring a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium heat. Add egg and cook per your preference.

Lay pita on microwave plate and top with cheese. Microwave 15-25 seconds or until cheese is melted.

Sprinkle pizza with bacon and top with the egg. 

Great high protein and low carb breakfast 

Recipe idea came from Hungry Girl. Easier and quicker to microwave IMO.
