Peanut butter chocolate muffins

No grain muffins. These are similar to the chocolate muffins posted earlier but with PB2 powder. They are the perfect texture. Heavenly treat or breakfast workout feeling guilty. They don't meet the 1/10 protein/calorie ratio but as a treat they aren't bad in my opinion. 



Made 7 large muffins

2 eggs
1 cup almond flour/meal
1/2 cup Splenda
1 scoop chocolate bariessential protein powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract 
1 tsp baking powder 
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder 
3 tbsp chocolate PB2
1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips 

Preheat oven 375
Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips. Gently fold them in afterwards. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray or use foil cupcake liners. Bake 14-15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
