Cinnamon Pancakes

Hubby and I both enjoyed these with some sugar free syrup

1/2 c oats
1/2 c FF cottage cheese
3/4 c liquid egg whites (or eggbeaters)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder 
1/8 tsp baking powder

Mix all ingredients in blender until resembles pancake batter. Pour onto hot griddle/skillet. Cook 2-3 minutes each side. 

Makes 4 pancakes. 

Nutritional info per pancake is 108 calories, 10g carbs, 2g fat and 12g protein. 

I added a touch of butter and SF syrup bringing pancake total to 146 calories, 12g carb, 5g fat, and 12g protein.
