Cauliflower cheese bake
Oh the cheesy goodness. The recipe in the link calls for bacon. I was sure I had a bag of bacon bits but couldn't find them. So I substituted turkey sausage crumbles. It was good. Can't wait to try bacon next time.
Tip: I love flavorful dishes and this one needs spices, seemed a bit plain. I think garlic would help but play with your favorite. I paired this with baked salmon.

Here are the macros I came up with for side dish only, using ingredients I had on hand. Could lower fat count by using low fat milk instead of whipping cream for the sauce.
